Depression + ADHD is a heck of a thing. I was just starting to make some real progress on rebuilding executive function when our disastrous election happened. But now resolved to living in “get up and get things done in spite of everything” mode for the foreseeable future, that seems to have gotten the message across to my inner child that there isn’t a “I’ll feel like it later.”

I wish I had something more cheerful for you all, and I’ll try to do better next time. But right now, just having SOMETHING is progress. XD
